- Science has shown that premature babies, for example, generally have poorer functional connectivity than full-term babies. When they listened to certain music, however, their neural networks significantly improved!
- Music has been proven to help those in hospice settings, those recovering from transitional states when in hospital, and those providing the care. Over time, I have also come to realize its vibration is helpful for so many things: emotional states—soothing anxiety, PTSD, etc.; environmental states—cleansing space, for example; and physical states—like aligning the heart’s vibration, adjusting sugar levels, and so on.
Many people work at only one or two of these levels for healing and accessing higher consciousness. Yet, as David Gibson, sound healer, confirms, the body works at all levels, where “cells are like frequencies, organs are timbres, and the relationship between parts of the body are musical intervals and chords.”

I was given the purpose of the music by my Spirit Team before I began to be guided with specific notes: To “support transitioning souls and their loved ones.” As I played and the notes tumbled out and over each other into the room and out into the world on a breeze through an open door, my tears joined them. I felt the power of the encoded frequencies of healing and support for those in the process of transitioning through death to the other side and the loved ones holding space for them to pass. I felt the deep understanding of Spirit, aware of how difficult it can be not only to make our transition, but to watch those we cherish leave the physical plane—to “lose” them.
